Online Shopping
Getting off the mark - how to enter our store

From the home page, simply click on the 'Shopping' tab

Roll your cursor over the various t-shirt designs in the right hand margin. To view the details of any bit of the designs, just click on the image – this will take you to a larger view showing the price, colour and sizing details. It is also possible to see a close-up of the design.

If you are just browsing and taking in the Crease experience and would like to see other garments before buying, simply press back on your browser.

Placing An Order?

To put something in your Kitbag, just enter the quantity and size you require and click the 'add to Kitbag' button.

Order Acceptance

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. However, the contract for the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address you provide to us.

If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

If, however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.

To View My Kitbag

To view your Kitbag, just click on the 'View Kitbag' button. You'll see a running total of everything you've put in your Kitbag on the left hand side of the page.

Your Kitbag will show you the name, colour, size, price and quantity of each bit of kit you've chosen.

You can change the quantity of any item by simply typing in the new quantity and clicking on 'recalculate'. To delete an item, uncheck the box beside it and click 'recalculate'.

We can only save your Kitbag for 2 hours before we have to delete all the items.

Checking Out

Click on the 'My Kitbag’ button so you can see your order, then click on the 'Checkout' button to get to the 'Billing and Dispatch' page.

Type in all your info, (to avoid any delays in your order, make sure you use your credit card billing address for the ‘Statement Address’).

Click on the 'Proceed' button to advance to the next page. Verify your Billing and Dispatch address and type in your credit card information.

Finally, click 'Checkout' to finish. A confirmation email will be sent so you know your order has been received.

Paying For My Order

You can use either a credit or debit card for anything you buy online. When you checkout, you will be asked to fill in the credit card type, number and expiry date. For security reasons, we don't keep your credit card information so you'll have to re-enter it each time you shop with us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta Cards, but we can't take Solo or Visa Electron because the cardholder has to be present during the purchase. We're also unable to accept American Express.

Postal orders and cheques are also accepted (in Pounds Sterling) however you must place your order by telephone on 01737 226028. Please make all cheques and postal orders payable to "Crease Clothing Limited".

Please note that goods are only dispatched once funds have cleared.

Gift Vouchers

Unfortunately not available as yet – it’s something that’s in the pipeline and coming soon – a bit like England winning the cricket world cup!

Did My Order Go Through?

Once we get your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation - that will include an order number for your reference. If you don't receive an email within a couple of hours, please call us on 01737 226028 before placing another order. Thanks.

Delivery

We will notify you of the expected date of delivery. You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.

All orders are sent out using 1st Class Recorded Mail. Please provide an address where you can sign for your item.

Standard Delivery (within 14 working days) for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO is £2.99.

Unfortunately due to the volume of orders we are currently receiving, next day delivery is not possible at present.

We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses. Prices subject to quantity ordered - please contact us for further information.

Stock Availability

Sometimes a popular item will sell out much quicker than anticipated, although we do endeavour to avoid such situations. If an item is out of stock, we will try to give you an accurate delivery date. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Returns

We believe you'll be over the moon about your new Crease gear. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a no-questions-asked refund or replacement within 14 days.

Crease Clothing makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. However we realize that accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect goods, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

Returns are free from anywhere in the UK. It will help us if you tell us why you are returning the kit - this ensures that we can improve our service and kit in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post.

Sorry we currently do not provide a free returns service for overseas customers.

Delivery and Returns Legal Statement - Please Read Carefully

Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Crease Clothing Limited will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. On return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount /offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Crease Clothing Limited and you requires that you return the goods to Crease Clothing Limited on cancellation. Crease Clothing Limited can arrange for delivery of replacement products to you if required; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Crease Clothing Limited. In this case, a charge will be made by Crease Clothing Limited for packing, handling and delivery of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website in UK Pound Sterling and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Crease Clothing Guarantee

You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Caring For Your Kit

We make every effort to ensure the high quality of all Crease Clothing garments. It is our aim to populate your wardrobe with Crease favourites that will wear with time. All garments have had wash treatments which means that they will fade. Colour unevenness is a recognised quality and not a flaw. We suggest the following care practices:

• Iron on reverse
• Wash dark colours separately
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not spot clean
• 40° wash

Photography / Designs

While every effort is made to ensure that the photographs on our website are a true representation of our garments, please be aware that slight colour variations can arise due to the nature of print technology.
Actual print size of designs may vary from the photograph to the actual garment. In order to provide clarity designs are occasionally enlarged. Every effort is made to ensure that the photographs represent the actual garment as accurately as possible. If in doubt, please ask us for the actual print size of designs when you place your order.

Crease Updates

Customers who have purchased Crease Clothing from our website will be added to our mailing list and notified of new additions to the clothing range and kept informed of the latest developments at Crease. It is our intention to simply keep you informed of our activities but not to irritate you too much! If you have received this info and would like to be removed from our mailing list, please click here to enter your remove request.
